Gun Control does not work

The Right of the People

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

As you can see, the idea of "Gun Control" will not work because it is a right of the people.  That is why we are okay with people having guns.  We are now taking a different approach, and we are watching the people with guns, and we will control them to do the right thing.

US Supreme Court

The controversial nature of the gun control debate has led to a legislative balancing act between the protection of individual freedoms and the interest of public safety. The U.S. Supreme Court has placed restrictions on gun ownership dating back to the Gun Control Act of 1968. This prohibited people under 18 years of age, convicted criminals, the mentally disabled, and others from purchasing a gun. Similarly, the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993 increased restrictions by instituting mandatory background checks for people purchasing a firearm.

States regulate but do not control.

At the state level, firearm legislation varies but ultimately revolves around the restrictions placed by these federal acts. For example, in many states, background checks are required for all firearm sales and a CCW permit is needed to carry a concealed weapon. Aside from firearm restrictions, many states also increase criminal sanctions for using a firearm in the commission of a crime and prohibit possessing a firearm as a felon. Overall, gun laws regulate the manufacture, trade, possession, and transfer of firearms.

We Control Guns through a Network

We know that the government will not be able to have gun control.  That is why we are building a network of people to Control Guns.  We are teaching people how to be more knowledgeable about their surroundings and how to look for a person or people who are trying to do harm to our communities.  We are taking things into our own hands and calling them out.  This is how We Control Guns.

Purpose of a council

The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize people to be more aware of their surroundings, defend themselves through awareness, and ultimately control everything and the "environment" by our network through an early intervention.
